After graduating from Adelphi University with a degree in history, Lisandro Torras decided to found the company Potful of History. His mission is to bring the flavors of the past into the present day. The idea struck him when he considered how there are so many content creators who make videos about historical foods and historical cooking, but there does not seem to be anyone else who is producing historical foods and selling them. In addition to being a history enthusiast, Lisandro has enjoyed cooking throughout his life. For these main reasons, he was inspired to create Potful of History. With this newly founded company, he hopes to bring the flavors of the past into the present day.
